安力农的极谱测定及其电化学行为

在ｐＨ５．６，０．１５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸盐缓冲溶液（ＰＢＳ）中，得到了安力农的灵敏极谱吸附波，波的二阶导波高在２×１０＾－８～８×１０＾－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内与安力农的浓度成直线关系，检测下限为１×１０＾－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，测定出电极过程的电子传递系数ａ＝０．４３，表面电极反尖速率常数ｋｓ＝３．３ｓ＾－１，安力农在汞电极上的吸附遵从Ｌａｎｇｍｕｉｒ等温式，测得其吸附系数β＝８．１×１０＾５。     

煤沥青的电化学加氢：Ⅱ.精制沥青的电化学加氢

在隔离式是电解中，用泡沫铅作用阴极，铂作阳极，饱和甘汞电极做参考电极，对太原钢铁公司焦化厂煤沥青经溶剂萃取后所得的精制沥青进行了电化学加氢的研究，考察了电解体系工艺条件对加氢效果的影响。     

Manipulation of protein fingerprints during on-column fluorescent labeling: protein fingerprinting of six Staphylococcus species by capillary electrophoresis

Bacterial proteomes were analyzed by use of electrophoretically mediated microanalysis (EMMA) and field-enhanced stacking. A water-soluble protein fraction was injected onto a capillary. Next, a fluorogenic reagent was injected and allowed to react with the protein mixture, producing fluorescent products that were separated by submicellar capillary electrophoresis and detected by laser-induced fluorescence. By use of a low-ionic strength sample buffer and a brief electrophoretic step, slow moving anionic proteins were stacked at the reagent-sample interface and were preferentially labeled. By reversing the order of sample injection and labeling reagent, fast moving cationic proteins were preferentially labeled. By adjustment of the sample buffer pH, proteins with different isoelectric points were selectively labeled. Electrophoresis fingerprints were generated for the water-soluble protein fraction from six Staphylococcus species. The protein patterns produced were species-specific and were used to construct a phylogenetic tree.     

反相离子对高效液相色谱法测定硫酸软骨素

以四甲基氯化铵作为离子对试剂，采用乙腈-2.28mmol/L四甲基氯化铵水溶液（5:95)作为流动相，选用C18色谱柱分离硫酸软骨素和杂质，建立了测定硫酸软骨素含量的反相离子对高效液相色谱方法。该方法的线性范围为0.4-8.0μg，回收率为98.8%-100.3%，相对标准偏差为0.17%-0.53%。该方法的精密度和准确度较高。     

悬浮液进样ZAAS测定粉末试样中的Se─—小麦粉、猪肝、甘兰中Se的无标准分析

本文在甘油－硝酸－水介质中，利用悬浮液直接进样进行了小麦粉、猪肝、甘兰中Ｓｅ无标准分析。文中详细地研究了悬浮液介质对测定的影响。找出了甘油：硝酸：水＝１∶０．０５∶４为适宜条件，应用此方法测定了标准物质小麦粉、猪肝和甘兰中Ｓｅ，结果与证书值和荧光法值十分吻合，相对标准偏差（ｎ＝６）最大为７．０％，适合于含Ｓｅ大于０．１μｇ／ｇ的粉末试样中Ｓｅ的测定。     

CTMAB存在下钪多元络合物的研究

本文系统研究了在阳离子表面活性剂存在下钪与溴邻苯三酚红及三乙烯四胺形成多元络合物的条件，测定了络合物的最大吸收波长和摩尔吸光系数，确定了络合物的组成。并初步探讨了反应机理。     

CnB-的激光等离子体产生与质谱分析

Time-of-flight mass spectrum of C_nB~- has been recorded on a selfbuilt instrument with laser vaporization of tetraphenylboron sodium. By analysis of the com-position of the anions, it is found that number of the boron atoms in any of these ions equals to the number of the charges carried by the anion, and the sum of the numbers of the carbon and boron atoms in these species are always the odd numbers. The experimental results show that boron atom has a strong tendency to attract an electron so that those C_nB~- will have similar electronic structures as C_n, and carbon clusters with odd members are always more stable than their even neighbors.     

Interfacial polymerisation of anilinium at Langmuir monolayers

Anilinium is strongly adsorbed at monolayers of the phospholipid L-alpha-dimyristoylphosphatidic acid (DMPA) and hexadecanesulfonic acid (HDSA) at the air-water interface, and undergoes chemical polymerisation under conditions where bulk polymerisation does not occur.     

Construction of polymeric and oligomeric lanthanide(III) thiolates from preformed complexes [(TMS)2N]3Ln(mu-Cl)Li(THF)3 (Ln = Pr, Nd, Sm; (TMS)2N = Bis(trimethylsilyl)amide)

The complex [{(TMS)2N}4(mu4-Cl)Sm4(mu-SPh)4(mu3-Cl)Li(THF)] has been formed by protonolysis of [(Me3Si)2N]3Sm(mu-Cl)Li(THF)3 with 1 equiv of HSPh, which contains a square array of Sm(III) ions connected by a central mu4-Cl ligand. The edges of the square Sm4 array are bridged by four mu3-Cl and four mu-SPh ligands. The four Sm atoms and Li atom are connected by four mu3-Cl ligands.     

低价钒化合物结构化学研究 Ⅰ. [VCL2·(THF)4]+[ZnCl3·THF]-的合成与晶体结构

The title compound has been synthesized under nitrogen atmosphere using V_2O_5 for the initiator by Schlenk techniques. It′s single crystal, which is very air and water-sensitive, was obtained and determined from three-dimensinal x-ray diffraction data collected by the four-circle diffractometer. The crystals are orth- orhombic with space group D_2~4-P_(212121) and unit cell constants a=0.909 nm, b=1.4909 nm, c=2.1635 nm and z=4. We derived first the positional parameters of V, Zn, Cland O atoms by direct method using SHELXTL program. The coordinates of other the non-hyleast-squares refinement for all atoms gave a final discrepency factor R=0.0945 and RW=0.0674.The result of structure analysis shows that the compound is composed of the octahedral cation [VCl_2·(THF)_4]~+ and the tetrahedral anion [ZnCl_3·THF]~-.The reaction mechanism was discussed. The title compound is reaction product of VCl_3 with ZnCl_2 in THF.
